Hi, I’m Lynda—a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience and a rich, varied background in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills across the massage therapy spectrum, from the gentle precision of manual lymphatic drainage to the transformative results of deep tissue treatments. My approach is rooted in personalized, targeted care with a clear focus: to empower clients in reaching their physical health and wellness goals.

Beyond the clinic, I channel my passion for health into advancing medical research as a Patient Interviewer and Data Collector for a renowned Toronto General Hospital research program. Since 2015, I’ve contributed to studies exploring groundbreaking treatments for those living with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, helping to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and patient care.

Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking up nature at my cottage with my loyal German Shepherd—my adventure companion for paddle boarding excursions on the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay. Whether on land or water, I believe in living life fully, nurturing both body and spirit, and helping others do the same.
