This in turn will improve their overall health and well-being in the long term.

In Bonita’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, canoeing, gardening, bike riding, researching topics of interest, reading, and exercise classes.

My name is Chloe Kisiel and I’m one of the exercise therapists at Physiotherapy in Newmarket.
